SHARE YOUR RESEARCH AT FERMENTATION 2021!
If you are interested in presenting your research in a poster session at FERMENTATION 2021, please complete this entry form by 5pm PT on October 10. We will be accepting only a limited number of presentations. The abstract (maximum 1,400 characters) should include the premise for the study, methods, and brief description of the main findings and implications of the research for fermented foods and beverages. Our Science Advisers will review all entries and notify those accepted for presentation by October 17. Poster presenters are responsible for their own registration.
FERMENTATION 2021 is the first event that brings together everyone involved in the world of fermentation - producers, retailers, chefs, scientists, authors, suppliers, and regulators to share knowledge, experience, and strategies for growth.
Together we will explore the power of fermentation to build flavor, preserve food, and enhance health, and discuss how we can document and promote these benefits to the public.
Who Should Attend
We also welcome producers of products that are oxidized (eg, tea) and cured (eg, salumi, jerky).
