IC–FOODS is the only Conference and research Center dedicated to designing, assembling, and developing the Internet of Food–an internetinfrastructure built on international collaborations and standards for querying and computing over knowledge about growing, making, and eating food. We have many exciting events planned for this year’s conference program, a moveable feast spanning three days, three venues, and include several participatory food experiences which we’ll be digitizing in multiple ways.
From Field and Farm to Flavor and Fitness–IC–FOODS partners and attendees learn from–and contribute to development of–this emerging internet whose combined data flows promise to be larger than either the current World Wide Web or the Internet of Things.
Invitees and attendees include W3C luminaries, data scientists, forward-thinking food growers, makers, executives, chefs, food/flavour companies, policy makers and graduate students and scientific researchers.
