The Triangle Ferment Fest is a unique food festival in the Triangle area of North Carolina (Raleigh, Cary, Durham, Chapel Hill, and Pittsboro) that both teaches and celebrates all things fermented. This one day festival consists of demos, presentations, and hands-on workshops.
- Local chefs demonstrate how to make sourdough, kimchi, and kombucha.

- Hourly Giveaways give attendees the opportunity to win a Cultures for Health starter culture, and samples from Farmhouse Culture will be available for tasting.
- Presentation by NCSU microbiologist explains what fermentation is, how to safely ferment foods, and provides tips for successful fermenting.
- Booths host food and drink vendors with samples, businesses and artisans selling related fermentation items (crocks, jars, etc), an ask-the-expert booth, and a culture swap.
