IMPORTANT UPDATE

With our highest priority being the health of the community, we have made the decision to postpone FERMENTATION 2020 until next year. The new dates for the event will be May 27-29, 2021, at the same venue, the Chicago Marriott Magnificent Mile. We expect to have the same lineup of great sessions and speakers as currently planned. Click here for more details about the event.
