Nashville Fermentation Fest

Join the Nashville Fermentation Fest Tuesdays and Saturdays from Oct. 5-Nov. 2. Objectives:

• Educate. We aim to educate our community on the science of our food, the history of preservation, and the indigenous knowledge that has sustained us.
• Preserve. We know that in order to preserve the traditions of our food cultures, we must equip each other with the skills that are most often lost or forgotten.
• Grow. We believe that healthy communities grow with diverse diets and diverse cultures, and are strongest when mutually beneficial relationships are formed for all.
